My name is Erin Pecina, I have been a Massage Therapist for almost 20 years now. I have worked at a gym, chiroprator, spa and in-home. I love what I do and am facinated by the puzzle that is our human body. I have learned many techniques and contiue to learn more whenever I can to help have a better understanding of the body to help achieve balance and alingnment and staying consistant with self care. The goal is to customize clients session so they leave feeling better than they came.

Relaxation/Swedish Massage
Massage with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
Sports Massage
Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques as well as stretches designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles.
Stretch Service
A top to bottom 30min or 60min stretch service, that incorporates tools to help enhance the relaxation and flexibility of your tissue and joints to help maintain the bodies balance and alignment.
